It usually takes 5-7 business days on average once deposit has been made. Please note, if ordering materials it can take longer due to shipment time frames (usually an additional 1-2 days).
How long does it take for my equipment to arrive?
It usually gets delivered 5-7 business days after payment is received. It can be expedited for an additional cost (2-3 business days) if requested.
What assurances can you give customers about the quality and reliability of your Starlink installation work?
We warranty our work for 30 days. We will return to your property within this time for any labor related issues.

What makes your Starlink installation service different from a general handyman?
A handyman will not know how to diagnose any issues when it comes to the configuration of the router or bypassing any additional equipment you might want installed.
Can you share some specific scenarios where choosing a professional installer is better than a DIY approach?
DIY is fine at times, however, if something goes wrong, it might end up costing more to redo and repair any damage that may have been done prior plus the actual install. It's always better to have a professional installation!
