Warranty

All of our Starlink installs come with a 30 day warranty for LABOR only (we do not guarantee any materials as we are not the manufacturer, however, in the case of any defects at time of install, we can arrange for a replacement that you have purchased with us).  Please note:  this does NOT include any acts of God (anything not under our control including weather, i.e. hail, strong winds 50+mph, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc).

Cancellation Policy

We understand at times we need to make adjustments and changes in life.  If you choose to cancel, we offer a no questions asked policy.  At any time, you can email and ask for a refund.  Please note the following:

1. Any equipment you have purchased through us (Dish, router, etc) is non refundable.  
2. Once a technician schedules your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours via email before your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel to receive a refund.  Also, once a tech is en route and or onsite, a refund cannot be issued (ex. refuse the install, last minute change of plans, etc).
3. Any issues with your tech and or install must be discussed while tech is onsite.  We will take immediate and corrective action.  Once installation is finalized, no refund can be issued.  
4. Please make sure technician has access to the location you wish the install to be done.  We cannot guarantee a refund will be issued in this regard if not.
5. If you do not have a clear LOS (line of sight), due to trees, surrounding buildings, etc, and a technician has already been onsite, a refund cannot be guaranteed, we recommend going to the App Store (Apple) or PlayStore (Android) and download the Starlink app and do an “Obstruction Test” PRIOR to scheduling.  This must be done outside and where you wish to install Starlink to determine a clear line of sight (LOS)
